Detroit Diesel Revises Its Power Guard Oil Specification 93K218 Approved Oils List
Detroit Diesel has revised its POWER GUARD Oil
Specification 93K218 Approved Oils List for use in
Series 60, MBE 4000, and MBE 900 EPA07 engines
equipped with EGR and aftertreatment devices.
Specifically, the motor oils added include oils
marketed by Warren Oil Company, Castrol Ltd., TOTAL
Lubrifiants and Smitty's Supply.

The UCON Fluids & Lubricants business of The
Dow Chemical Company introduced the next
generation of quenchant products for the heat treating
industry during the ASM Heat Treating Conference and
Exhibition 2007 in Detroit, Michigan. These new
products are available in North America from Dow's
