Japan's Nippon Steel, ArcelorMittal Sign Agreement on Global Alliance, Joint Ventures in North America
Japan's Nippon Steel Corporation and Europe's
ArcelorMittal have executed a non-binding,
memorandum of understanding on matters including
the establishment of their global strategic alliance and
expanding on existing joint business activities in North
America.

service in Advanced MORGOILŪ bearing lubrication

Eaton Issues Revised Roadranger Products Approved Lubricants List
Eaton has again revised its Roadranger Products
Approved Lubricants List (TCMT0020), having just
done so in April 2007. This Approved Lubricants List
contains transmission and drive axle lubricants
approved by Eaton and Dana for use with the
Roadranger Extended Warranties. The list includes
500,000 mile Extended Drain Lubricants for
Transmissions - Eaton Specification: PS-164 R7, and
for Drive Axles - Dana Specification: SHAES-256 Rev
C.

Algae-To-Biodiesel Phase II Successful
Green Star Products, Inc. has announced that its
Phase II 40,000 liter Algae-To-Biodiesel
Demonstration Facility has been successfully
completed. According to the company, algae contain
acceptable 21% oil content and produce 100 times
more oil per acre than traditional food oilseed crops
such as corn or soy.

Con-Way Acquires Contract Freighters, Inc. For $750 Million
Con-way Inc. has announced that it has entered into
an agreement to acquire Contract Freighters, Inc.
(CFI), a privately held North American truckload carrier
based in Joplin, Mo., in a transaction valued at $750
million.
