Commercial Metals Company, headquartered in Irving, Texas, has announced a realignment in operational and management structure to become effective September 1. CMC Executive Vice Presidents Russell Rinn and Hanns Zoellner will assume expanded management responsibilities for two newly formed operational units -- CMC Americas and CMC International.
