Producer of PEAK Anti-freeze Introduces New Line of Motor Oils and Lubricants
Old World Industries, Northbrook, IL, manufacturer
and trademark owner of the PEAK line of anti-freeze, is
making good use of its brand recognition in the
antifreeze and washer fluid market to introduce a new
line of motor oil and other lubricants. Old World states
that it has introduced the new line of PEAK Premium
Motor Oils and Lubricants.

Board of Directors has initiated a review of strategic
alternatives. The Company will consider the full range
of possible alternatives. These alternatives could
include possible strategic partnerships, mergers,
acquisitions, sale or recapitalizations.

Steel Producer Ternium To Acquire Mexico-based Grupo Imsa
Ternium S.A. has announced that it has entered into a
definitive agreement under which it expects to obtain
control of Grupo Imsa S.A.B. de C.V. in Mexico for a
total consideration (equity value) of approximately
US$1.7 billion.

Old Dominion Freight Line to Purchase Selected Assets of Priority Freight Lines
April 17, 2007, Old Dominion Freight Line, Inc. has
announced a definitive agreement to purchase
selected assets of Priority Freight Lines,
headquartered in Sumner, Washington. Priority
Freight Lines produced revenue of approximately $17
million for the year ended December 31, 2006,
through its network of eight owned and leased service
centers located in Washington, Oregon, Idaho and
Utah.

Chevron's Lubricants University Offers Free ''Fundamentals of Lubrication'' Course in Spanish
Chevron's Lubricants University, an online training
resource offering information on relevant technologies
and trends in the lubrication and maintenance
industry, has announced that it will offer
its "Fundamentals of Lubrication" training course in
Spanish. The course targets Spanish speaking
industrial maintenance professionals and
maintenance departments with Spanish speaking
employees interested in gaining an understanding of
lubrication and its role in preventing wear and friction
in mechanical equipment.

Major Oil Companies Report 1st Quarter 2007 Results
During this past week, BP, Petro-Canada,
Ashland/Valvoline, ConocoPhillips, ExxonMobil, and
Chevron reported 1st Quarter 2007 profit and revenue
results, with somewhat mixed, but mostly positive,
results. ExxonMobil's net income grew 10 percent to
$9.3 billion for the January-March period, while BP's
net profit for the three months ending March 31 fell 17
percent to $4.66 billion.
