Steel Dynamics to Acquire Scrap Recycler OmniSource Corporation
Steel Dynamics, Inc. and OmniSource Corporation
have announced the execution of a definitive
agreement whereby Steel Dynamics will acquire
OmniSource, one of North America's largest scrap
recycling companies, a privately held company based
in Fort Wayne, Indiana.

Freightliner LLC Changing Its Name to Daimler Trucks North America LLC; DaimlerChrysler AG Changes Corporate Name to Daimler AG
Freightliner LLC has announced the upcoming
change of its corporate name to Daimler Trucks North
America LLC. Effective January 7, 2008, this corporate
identity will reflect the company's role as steward of
several highly regarded brands in a number of
different industry sectors, and its role as the North
American presence of the world's largest commercial
vehicle producer. In parallel, the shareholders of the
former DaimlerChrysler AG approved a corporate
name change to Daimler AG.

Eaton Revises Roadranger Products Approved Lubricants List and Lubrication Manual
Eaton has again revised its Roadranger Products
Approved Lubricants List (TCMT0020), having just
done so last month, adding Lubricants USA (FINA)
and Rosemead oils to the list of approved lubricants.
This Approved Lubricants List contains transmission
and drive axle lubricants approved by Eaton and Dana
for use with the Roadranger Extended Warranties.

Dow Announces Price increases For UCON Hydrolube Fire-Resistant Hydraulic Fluids and Propylene Glycol
The Dow Chemical Company has annonced that it will
increase the North American off-list prices of UCON
Hydrolube Fire-Resistant Hydraulic Fluids effective
November 1, 2007, or as contracts allow. The price for
all UCON Hydrolube concentrates, thickeners, fully
formulated fluids and high pressure fluids will
increase by US $.02 per pound or US $.18 per gallon.
